ladycalliope. I never forget your birthday. ever.
So far, the day has been sunny and pleasant.
tcb, kimberlogic, and hammercock took me to Soundbites. Shockingly, I was up early to see if there was Any News. When K said I might see H up before the crack of noon, well I couldn't miss that. ducks
I'd heard that in our department one is responsible for one's own birthday cake, which meant I could splurge, at Burdick's, on me. However, my manager was afraid I didn't know that, and brought in a big breakfast spread for me.
And roses. Yay.
fangirl715 left several ticking lush-bombs at my door last night. diffused. much sniffed. yummy.
Seems like there's enough good already to balance out the looming family angst. so, I should come out ahead. yay.
