[m4w] overextended into despair

Some part of me must be clinically incapable of overextending myself. Or I stop caring about a lot of maintenance stuff, and household chores.
I seem to do a lot of things, according to external perceptions. I suppose a lot of routine things are being neglected, like reading and cooking.
Anyone want to get a dual membership at the Science Museum this year? (current offer is a $10 discount, plus extra tix to the planetarium, omnimax and basic guest passes.)
so, in the unrealistic expectations, I like the friday 5 meme this week:
If you
1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?
organic fast food lunches as the staple, with occassional gourmet experiments per the chef. ideally, a cafe with some outdoor seating, but supported by the take-out lunch service.
I've also daydreamed about getting one of those shiny metal coffee trucks, filling it with organic food, and offering a different alternative for remote offices.
2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
books and art.
3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
mostly non-fiction essays, autobiographical (I suppose because I already do that every day).
4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
probably art, creating or history of.
I did used to have a plan for an alternative high school, but I've long lost that sort of motivation.
5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
mostly spoken word, mostly comedy, found sounds. somewhere between spaulding gray and negativland.
