[RTO] Physical/emotional

Sort of a general reminder of the significance of the physical to the spiritual. When you're set on food//clothing/shelter/health, you then can stress over the quality of them. At least, when the spiritual nuances matter, so do the physical. I suppose this doesn't just apply to ghosts in the cloth, but that thinking about the world situation and my comparative luxury, doesn't alleviate how I feel, because of my luxurious emotional expectations or something.

Off to work on this, which is why I finish up the month's RTO entries now.
