She mentions the habit of overscheduling oneself in an effort to be efficient, neglecting the benefits of setting aside time to do Squat, as opposed to squats. Leave room for nothing.

Happy Spring! Um, at least we aren't tearing up Alaska for oil, yet.
I don't feel balanced, I feel big and looming and overwhelming, like my nation. sigh.
