But, sometimes, when I'm in a crap-ass mood, I can get the weather to suck with me.
It's sunny out, I'm in a good mood today. Coincidence?
Probably, there are times when it feels like the weather is taunting my moods. Blazingly Sunny when I am sad. The weather is perfect, just kill me now. etc.
The inverse is not true. I generally enjoy rain, the sounds, the smells... "Rain" is still one of my favorite standard scents. Although, on my way back from dim sum I moseyed by Pluto (the store, not the planet - sorry - the registration expired on my interplanetary junker) and the "river stone" scented candle was also pretty nice.
On my life agenda is to lay back and listen to the autumn rain sometime - with the same certain someone who insisted that spring rain sounds different. I suspect the rain is the same, but our ears change.
Eeeeek! I should stop now, her next three essays are about rain!
