I am going to quote her verbatim on this one. (Not the whole entry.) At this point, I've actually encouarged at least two new purchases of the book as a result of my journal entries, I feel less weird about quoting her. In the unlikely event that Sarah Ban Breathnach is reading my journal, she would be grateful.
