I make a snarky comment in a private, and allegedly trust-worthy, forum, one that I created (not LJ), about a minor incompetence with a professional associate. Minor enough to not want to bother them with it. iUnprofessional to upset them about something already done and unfixable. So I vent to people who know me, and should understand it's venting.

But no, some helpful "friend" forwards my comments to them, without asking me first if perhaps I have contacted them about it myself, or privately suggesting to me that perhaps my tone is inappropriate, instead of letting a stranger, who doesn't know me or my personal sarcasm, or my personal cynicism, make the suggestion. Making me look like shit on a professional level.

Thanks. Go to hell, whoever you are.
(Note: I consider this a personal forum, not a professional one, and I expect anyone reading to respect that difference.)

How about I just refuse to offer opinions, no longer organize or publicize events for anyone ever again? Because, really, when it comes down to it, people just want to watch me make an ass of myself with my sarcastic commentary on such things and then have the pleasure of hanging me for it.
