For those of you who haven't seen my posting about this on twit|book.
We Live In Public
Winner, Grand Jury Prize for Documentary - Sundance Film Festival 2009
http://weliveinpublicthemovie.com/
Screenings:
4/24 9:45 PM
(Alt. screening is 4/25 7:30 PM, I'll be too busy volunteering to attend.)
Note that I am using the BOSTON icon, not the TRENT icon. (I tried encouraging the nin.com regulars to go and got no response. Meh.) So, sure, the first I heard of the film was via Trent's twitter, but... Sundance and IFF like it. It's not as if he was taking a big risk in recommending it. There'll be a lot of other films at the festival that are probably as deserving of this buzz, but, if this at least gets you there, then that's a start.
In fact, the festival does NOT entirely conflict with NEFFA or T@F. Maybe not these 2 screenings, but... my volunteer pass will get me into any show that isn't sold out. So... let me know what other shows work for you.
Depending on who I know is joining me, I may (1) dress up for it, and (2) try to visit the Miller Street Open Studios event before Friday's screening.
