Guilty pleasures

Unlike so many of you, I did not have a bad day today.

Gave up my Harry Potter pass, because Uz was waiting for his fiance to get back from Manhattan. Then The Terminal was rescheduled, so he suggested we see 13 Going on 30. Yes, it was his idea. And we both giggled our way through it. He's officially a chick now. Or possibly the most secure guy I know.

I wondered aloud how much of this tolerance resulted from his ongoing Valentine escalation with Upyernoz. (Two straight guys and they've been each other's Valentine since college, cards and flowers, etc.)

He then confessed that the lead actress played Electra in yet another adapted comic book movie recently. And we did spend the insipid previews whispering about how we HAD to see Alien v. Predator together...

The closest I had to stress today was diet related, which by law must be exiled to the other side of the lj cut.
