"My Arisia Schedule"

cthulhiaThis keeps coming up, so I will list my Arisia schedule here.
Pre-prep:
help build & decorate robot (this weekend?)
gingerbread-style decorating for party food.
get enough sleep & exercise to not be sick or overly prone to drama on the weekend.
Friday:
10 am. hopefully unloading at IIF HQ (location TBD)
12 noon. MIT Mystery Hunt, starts at Lobby 7, MIT.
consume decorated party food.
This event continues until completed, probably sometime on Sunday.
Last year's attempt to do overlap the Hunt and Arisia made it nearly impossible to fully enjoy both. (And the hunt is more fun, less drama... more sense of accomplishment for effort invested... ) I am not really making any plans to visit the hotel. Given the unpredictable schedule of the hunt, this is really the best solution anyway. If the hunt ends early enough, I might be able to visit. But, I'm not allowing myself to plan anything until that point arrives.
