tricks with mirrors

dangerpudding and myself to wonder if she was the same artist who did this, but, she's not.

Reminded me very much of a pristine, dust-free variant of my favorite installations at BM 07 (or 06?):

(there are pix of me in that mirror box, but I can't find them.)
Yayoi Kusama would've added spots to the playa piece, or at least something repetitive yet effective. In that way she reminded me of Sandy Skoglund, who does stuff like this.
Best of all, the MCA is free. I can go back regularly, for brief visits, if I want.
