Those creepy little dolls at the Diesel coffee fixins counter were, in fact, featured in Night Watch.

I knew I had seen them somewhere recently, but figured it couldn't have been there. I was wrong.

They have no relevance to the main plot, other than "hey, these are creepy, the story's creepy, let's throw them in a scene somewhere".

Considering that they're wind-up, movie-promo toys, they have a stunningly weak web presence.
