ok, so I hate that one painting slightly less now.
Trying to do pieces to match works to be performed by the other 2 of the 3 artists on Saturday. This is generally not working. I drift off to something else and it recovers, somewhat.
I came up with a background I kinda liked, and then decided I didn't want the blocky unblended paint strokes this time, tried to put the "Bird and Donkey" on top/foreground, and they look kinda stapled there. I can't nudge them a la photoshop layers and it's driving me bats.
But, one angst-ridden phonecall later, and they've become Bird with Ruffled Feathers, Am I being a Big Hairy Jackass? Being so awkwardly off from any kind of golden ratio almost works with that in mind.
I'll have to make sure their label is obvious.
Along with the Universal Save known as Work in Progress.
