I missed work today not because I couldn't get daycare for sam, but because al doesn't have school for the rest of the week.
So I'm a stay-home mom today, missing the going away lunch my cow orkers planned for me.
Well, more a stay-home-snow-cave-dweller. There wasn't a prayer of keeping my demon-possessed genetic experiments out of the snow banks today. I dragged them in before their portion of the snowball escalation caused property damage.
Now we're thawing in front of the fireplace, hot cocoa in hands, milo impatiently waiting for the coveted real estate currently occupied by my laptop.
