made it to water

As expected, getting a ride off the playa will make for a great narrative, should I bother writing it down.

Back in Berkeley, not sure when I can sleep tonight or tomorrow, since these hosts are leaving town in the morning, and while they'd let me stay, and I know the process for hiding the spare key (it's like a multi-stage geocache!) my preference goes for actually seeing people while I'm here.

Zachary's pizza tonight, apparently.

But, I did a load of laundry, and bathed. Clean underwear on a clean me. The shampoo rinse repeat thing really hit the spot. Swimming in Pyramid Lake helps get the top layer of playa dust off, but it's nothing like lathering soap bubbles.

I wonder if I'll manage to find a hot tub before I use my gym's, this weekend.
