I am skipping one on the kama sutra and another with the year's first MEAT recipe. Actually, I am skipping a chocolate recipe too, since I am not allowed to prepare anything chocolate this close to the NJ Chocolate party. Ah, and this one is a recipe for a chocolate bath... have to shelve that one for now too... maybe I should go back to the kama sutra essay.

Heh, she actually quotes Sandra Boynton regarding chocolate. Linking to her web site annoys me because it's mostly promoting her CDs, and seems to offer no listings of her books. Hump(h)

To sum up, chocolate was such a powerful aphrodesiac that men for years kept it from the women. We eventually figured out that chocolate REALLY HELPS with PMS and other cyclic mood swings that are among the "joys" of being female. I hope I don't need to explain the origin of the name for "Tootsie Roll".

Brown Sugar, home of amazing Thai food (and the smallest koi pond ever), gives out Tootsie Rolls instead of mints. I was reminded of this last night, when we ate there before the premiere of Touched, a movie about [alien abductees]. Even they admit that if someone could come up with a better explanation that fit their experiences, they'd be so relieved. It was well edited, and the abstract footage (in lieu of little green men) was keen. The soundtrack was amazing.

The Sze installation in the lobby was as amazing as advertised. Perhaps more so. I need to get to the MFA more often, make that membership pay for itself..
