baronmind , I started a photo food diary.
A few of you have noticed it on flickr already, or noticed me in person taking pictures of all of my food. I said that if I made it a whole week, I'd mention it here. I'm hoping to continue for at least a month. If it helps with steady loss (it does cut back on snacking when you have to take a picture each time), and I manage to develop my photographer's eye enough to not get bored of such similar photos, I may try to continue it another month.
