my shoulders hurt

They kinda hurt during my personal training session, but, then sorta tapered off, maybe. Hard to distinguish from the malaise of craptacular weather, getting over a head cold (although, post-nasal drip is possibly the best diet supplement one can have, since everything tastes wretched -- unless it's really, really spicy), and inadvertently eating too much dried fruit on Saturday (as
rawrin pointed out, you reach a point where it occurs to you that you've technically eaten a entire pineapple. In this instance it was more like 57 apricots. At least it felt like 57 apricots -- the whole way through).
I woke in comparatively good health this morning, and, well, it's not just pilates that has a delayed punch-in-the-[insert relevant muscle group here] reaction. Other bits were sore. I've gotten used to them, I guess. My shoulders, however, are clearly Not Pleased with me.
They'll learn.
